The trend of questions on Geography in terms of percentage of total 100 questions has approximately varied from 4% to 25% with an average of 17%. In terms of number of questions it is just next to General Science. Primarily the questions pertain to Indan Geography but occasionnaly questions have also been asked on World Geography. Questions have been asked from various topics such as rivers, lakes, deserts, Hill stations, oceans, ports and harbour, atmosphere, earth, climate, rainfall, volcanoes solar system, Earthquake, important towns associated with a particular trade or industry, location of famous architectural buildings, industries, factories, sanctuaries and Facts and Figures about various states.

None of the topics is such which you do not cover in your school studies. It is only a matter of how vast knowledge you acquire and your interest in learning more and more. Remember you learn more by practise.
